​Thank you for taking the time to visit my site. My name is Tara Ellen and I am a licensed massage therapist in Falls Church. It has been my sincere honor to serve the community as a self-employed therapist since 2011. Take a moment to browse my site. All training and certifications can be found on the About page.
I specialize in subtle energy-based therapies to ease tension, calm the nervous system, restore energy, and create balance. I practice gentle forms of Myofascial Release and Craniosacral Therapy to help enhance fluid movement and release restrictions around nerve-sensitive structures, as well as visceral & neural support.
Although other forceful approaches can be effective ways to address tension, the work I choose to practice is about listening to the energy and allowing it to change. Only in this place of trust can we shift into a state of ease.
