Rates
Bodywork/Energy work
Hands-on body/energy work sessions are comprised of Myofascial Release and/or Craniosacral Therapy. I treat adults and youths ages 13-20 (not children).

60-minute session: $140
90-minute session: $200
Teens (60-min): $110
​
If you have several focus areas, or you would like to include self-care and stretching guidance please request a 90-minute session.

Rates are subject to change without notice. If you've already booked an appointment prior to a rate increase I will absolutely honor the original rate at the time of booking.

It is not necessary to add gratuity. This is supportive healthcare, not a service.

Health Insurance
I do not participate with health insurance companies. Many insurance plans will not cover services provided by a licensed massage therapist. HSA/FSA credit cards are accepted. Prior to scheduling, please check with your HR department to ensure you can use your HSA/FSA funds.

Payment Methods
Forms of payment accepted are credit card, check, cash or Venmo. Your credit card/bank statement will reflect charges to Tara Ellen, LMT. Please provide exact amount for cash payments. For check payments make payable to, "Tara Ellen". There will be a $25 fee for returned checks.

Military & Veteran Discount
U.S. military & veterans (includes spouses and partners) receive $15 off a session. At the time of your appointment let me know your military status and I will apply the discount prior to accepting payment. No proof is necessary. I trust you are being truthful if you tell me you are eligible for this discount.
